Lynette
Lynette is founder, CEO and primary instructor for Fusion Safety Incorporated. She began training First Aid & CPR over 17 years ago, and is well known in the industry as a leader for her attention to detail, professionalism and unique sense of humour. Lynette and her team truly understand what their mission in this business is: to train the public in how best to deal with those first few minutes of an incident and to provide the best possible patient care until the ambulance arrives. She believes that if you approach these concepts in a fun, entertaining, casual and supportive way, that the students learn more, are better able to apply their knowledge and will realize greater successes. "Knowledge is power!" Besides being a successful entrepreneur, Lynette's proudest accomplishments to date are her 2 amazing children, Nathan & Jensen who are an inspiration to her and the reason she is dedicated to making a difference.

She is also an active member of her community having served on many community boards, volunteered for organizations such as: Habitat for Humanity, The Alberta Heart & Stroke Foundation, The Alberta Lung Association, The Calgary Catholic & Public Boards of Education, The Canadian Cancer Society, The Northstar Soccer Club and more.


Lila
Lila is our H2S specialist. She has been an exemplary safety trainer for over 20 years dedicating countless hours to her students and to the betterment of her craft. You'd be hard pressed to find another instructor with such a commitment to the material and attention to detail. Lila is a lover of the outdoors, spending a great deal of her spare time swimming, camping and hiking.

Devan
Devan is our resident daredevil. Every summer we lose him as an instructor to pursue his other love of being a raft guide on the Kicking Horse River. He is a true outdoorsman with an amazing sense of adventure and brings these qualities to his teaching. Devan is an experienced instructor having taught first aid for over 5 years and has recently added Wilderness First Aid to his repertoire.

Ian
As the newest member of the team, Ian brings with him a wealth of experience in customer relations and organizational management. Ian has also recently upgraded his teaching certification to include Wilderness First Aid and when he's not teaching he loves nothing more than to be enjoying the great outdoors.

Charlynn
There are not enough adjectives to accurately describe Charlynn. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her teaching that is virtually unmatched. In addition to training she has been a dedicated nurse within the health care system for many years and is the proud mother of 2 amazing young adults. Charlynn is also an avid traveler along with her husband of 35 years who even puts up with her hobby of purse and shoe collecting.

Patricia
Whether it's First Aid, WHMIS or TDG training, Patricia brings a passion to her work that makes her an inspirational instructor. She's fun, motivating, professional and an extremely hard worker. Patricia is also proud to work with a major national airline in addition to travelling and being a terrific Mom to her 3 boys (4 if you count the big one).
